By accessing or using GhostIO (dma.us75t.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
GhostIO provides DMA firmware generation, the GhostIO Cleaner tool, KMBox Fixer tool, and related software tools. All products are delivered digitally.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. One account per person. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
4. Purchases & Credits
- Build credits are purchased via Stripe and are non-refundable once used to generate firmware.
- Unused credits remain on your account indefinitely.
- Prices are subject to change. Existing credits are not affected by price changes.
- The GhostIO Cleaner is free for all registered users.
5. Firmware & Downloads
- Each firmware build is unique and generated for your use only.
- Redistributing, reselling, or sharing firmware files is prohibited.
- Firmware is provided as-is. We do not guarantee compatibility with every hardware configuration.
- Downloaded files should be stored securely. We are not responsible for lost downloads.
6. GhostIO Cleaner
- The cleaner modifies Windows registry entries, deletes cache files, and clears system traces.
- A PC restart is required after running the cleaner.
- The cleaner does not delete personal files, game installations, or documents.
- Use at your own risk. While tested on Windows 10/11, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every system configuration.
- One-time codes are valid for 1 hour and single-use only.
7. Refund Policy
- Unused credits: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if no builds have been generated.
- Used credits: Non-refundable once firmware has been generated.
- KMBox Fixer: Non-refundable after download.
- GhostIO Cleaner: Free product, no refund applicable.
- To request a refund, contact us via Discord or email within 7 days.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Share, redistribute, or resell any downloaded products
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our firmware generation process
- Use automated tools to abuse our API or services
- Create multiple accounts to bypass purchase limits
- Perform any action that disrupts our service or other users
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will be undetectable by any specific anti-cheat system, as detection methods change frequently.
10. Limitation of Liability
GhostIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Remaining credits on terminated accounts are forfeited.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
