Which tier do I need for my game?
BattlEye (PUBG, Tarkov, DayZ, Arma 3, R6 Siege) — Standard or higher.
EAC (Fortnite, Apex, Rust, Dead by Daylight, Hunt) — Advanced or higher.
Vanguard (Valorant) / ACE (Delta Force) — Ultimate or higher.
RICOCHET (Call of Duty, Warzone) — Premium.
Higher tiers work for ALL games below them. Premium covers everything.
Can I use Premium for PUBG or Fortnite?
Yes. Premium is the safest option for any game. It includes all features from Standard, Advanced, and Ultimate. If you want maximum protection regardless of game, choose Premium.
Are the tiers actually different firmware or just different prices?
Each tier is a genuinely different firmware compiled in Vivado with different Verilog logic:
Standard — Shadow config space with audio device identity.
Advanced — Adds realistic read/write writemask matching real hardware behavior.
Ultimate — Adds MSI interrupt generation and Bus Master Enable handling.
Premium — Adds response timing jitter to prevent FPGA fingerprinting.
Premium firmware is physically larger than Standard because it contains more logic circuits.
If I get banned, do other customers also get banned?
No. Every firmware has a unique Device Serial Number, SubSystem ID, and revision. Anti-cheats ban based on device fingerprint. Your fingerprint is unique — no one else shares it.
I have a 35T board but don't know the brand. Does it matter?
No. All 35T boards (Squirrel, LeetDMA, CaptainDMA 35T) use the same chip and pin layout. One firmware fits all. Just select "Squirrel 35T" when purchasing.
I have a 75T board. Can I use any 75T firmware?
No. Each 75T brand has a different PCB pin layout. You must select your exact brand: CaptainDMA 75T, Enigma X1 75T, or Immortal 75T. Wrong brand firmware will not damage your card but it will not work.
What does "old BIOS" mean for Ultimate and Premium?
In December 2025, motherboard manufacturers added IOMMU protection (DMA Shield) via BIOS updates. When active, it physically blocks DMA cards from reading game memory — no firmware can bypass this.
For Ultimate/Premium to work, either:
1. Your BIOS must be from before December 2025, OR
2. Disable IOMMU / VT-d in BIOS settings
If your BIOS is updated and IOMMU cannot be disabled, Valorant and similar games will detect all DMA cards.
What is "clean boot" for Premium?
RICOCHET uses TPM 2.0 to verify your boot chain. When Windows starts, TPM records every driver loaded. RICOCHET checks this record before ranked play.
"Clean boot" means: start Windows normally without HWID spoofers, unsigned drivers, or modified boot files. The DMA card itself is fine (hardware, not software), but spoofers running at boot will trigger detection.
How do I flash the firmware?
1. Connect DMA card via JTAG port using CH347 USB adapter.
2. Open CH347FPGATool or OpenOCD.
3. Select the .bin file.
4. Flash (~30 seconds).
5. Move card to gaming PC. Done.

Can I reflash with a new identity after a ban?
Yes. Buy a new firmware build (1-4 credits depending on tier). Each build has a completely new fingerprint — new DSN, SubSystem ID, and revision. Flash and your card has a fresh identity.
Do you support 50T or 100T boards?
50T support is coming soon. 100T and 200T are planned. Currently supported: all 35T brands and 75T (CaptainDMA, Enigma X1, Immortal).
